We have produced many types of content management from unique custom systems to the broadly used Build111 and Church111 do-it-yourself web site building tools. Following are some examples of different types of custom back office elements that we have built for our clients to manage the content on their web sites. Content management systems take many forms depending on the sophistication and needs of each customer and these are only a few samples.

In the example above you can see how the site owner can select an item to edit from the drop list or add a new one using the form. As shown below, if an item is selected for edit, the form is automatically populated with the current information for editing.

If an existing item is selected, it populates the form below for editing. When editing is complete, the submit button commits it to the database and makes the web site live with the new information immediately. In some cases, we have built staging systems so management can approve changes before they go live.

Above you can see our "pages" system where a simple text page can be added, deleted or selected for editing. This system is used for free-form content management rather than more structured data as shown in the example above.

A page selected for editing can be changed with a simple tool that works like a word processor. Images can also be added if needed.

Previously resized images and photos can be uploaded as shown in the simple example above or they can be automatically resized on the fly and even duplicated as thumbnails with a single upload depending on the client's needs.

Your administration section can have links to previously uploaded photos for review purposes. Additionally, we will sometimes provide a page edit with a preview button so changes can be reviewed prior to commitment to the live site.
